Thank you for posting this. I volunteered with CRTP in Mongolia 3 years ago and I am so sad that I won't be able to return to see the completed project.

I volunteered there in 2002. I'm also a bit disappointed about the project being unfinsihed, but if the provincial government wants to use it for tourism it may. Wondering if anyone has the UTM/GPS coordinates? I'd like to find it on Google Earth but can't so far. Any ideas?
